Improved digestive function results in improved nutrient uptake and decreased risk of nutritional deficiencies. Aloe leaf has antimicrobial effects which can inhibit the growth of microbial cells. Aloe has 17 fatty acids of which linoleic and linolenic are most prominent. These assist with heart health and lowering cholesterol.
